Having a strong formation in cultural management and communication, during the last 5 years I’ve reoriented my career to the IT industry with a creative approach. By growing my knowledge in technology and developing people, task and budget managing skills I started a path with the aim of developing digital products, mainly in culture, arts and education.

Carnaval is a highly curated NFT market developed on RSK Blockchain.
Technically speaking, Carnaval.art has a three way integration between frontend, the Smart Contract and backend to make sure every information is securely saved to create the highest experience possible.
In this particular project I, in the role of Agile Project Manager, was responsible for all the backend (front and administrative backoffice) development, infrastructure and blockchain integrations, as well as other integrations with crypto wallets and paying pathways.

Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires
Coordinator of Digital Department. Project and content manager of the Museum’s website, the Museum’s online presence, social networks, digital marketing and press for emerging and online media. Interdepartmental work with the Heritage area in a project to digitalize the archive and collection management software.

In the role of Project Manager, I was in charge of coordinating UX/UI, infrastructure, backend and frontend teams to deliver a self administrated platform for the 30th edition of one of Latin Americas more important art fairs.
The project included a ticket market, and a backoffice for over 100 users to manage content.

Piazzolla100 was the cultural project created to honor one of the biggest tango musicians, Astor Piazzolla.
In this particular project, my role included Agile Project Mangement skills coordinating design, backend and frontend teams. At the same time I was working with content and social media teams to creat a complete digital enviroment that expressed the power of the entire project that had strong venues on and off line
